Hello all, this is Iris. I have 8 Mystique (from X-Men!) icons. I LOVE her, so it was quite fun making these. Even if they're all pretty much the same color - blue - it's all good. In the memories, I'm just going to list this post under "X-Men," though. And since I'm doing that, I thought I might as well just throw in a random Nightcrawler (also blue, hmmm) icon that i made AGES ago. It's... well, it's old, is all I can say. Okay, on to the icons. Sorry these all kind of look the same (blue) but what can you do. *shrug*

Guess who's heeeeeeeeerrre? IRIS! Ahhhh! I'm so overjoyed to be back on LJ. I'm not home yet, though. I'm still in Korea, but I guess the ban has been lifted or something, because now I can get on the site again! Don't know how or why, but I'm not one to look at gift horses in the mouth. Or any horses for that matter.
I'm on this crappy laptop that keeps on shutting down IE every time I try to type something into a field, and it has no fonts and no brushes and a mouse that doesn't work properly, but I just HAD TO MAKE ICONS!!! I am, truly, an icon_addict. So, broke down and downloaded a couple of sets of brushes to work with, and this was the result. Sorry about their crappy quality, but i had no fonts and no brushes and a mouse that doesn't work properly (plus a dinosaur computer that kept shutting down windows while I went searching for pics).
Anyway. I've become quite the Wonderfalls addict lately, so I made some icons! There are only seven but YOU try making icons when you have no fonts and no brushes and a mouse that doesn't work properly and a computer that keeps shutting down.

Heyyy it's Ella here. These icons were posted in my journal yesterday but in case you havn't friended me you didn't see them, so here's a bunch of pop icons! Hilary Duff(5), Britney (2), Lindsay Lohan (2), Harry Potter (2) and Thirteen (1). I was trying some different styles with them so they might look a bit different from what I usually do.

I also un-friended everybody BECAUSE it's alot easier so that you can just add us and we dont have to add every single person that friends us, because if someone un-friends us it's pretty frustrating to look who and then delete them from the list.

Hey, everyone, it's Iris here. First of all, I have to say thanks to everyone who has friended this journal! Thanks very much for the support. And secondly, unfortunately I'm leaving this week for a trip this summer and won't be around for awhile. Hopefully Ella keeps this journal up to date til I get back, but I'll try to poke around livejournal still... :(
Now for a new batch of icons. :) There aren't too many this time, but I definitely want to be doing more of these. Ahhhh, James Franco. Iris-proclaimed Most Beautiful Man in the World. Having just seen Spiderman 2, my crush has been resparked. I even dug around for my old poster of him from the first Spiderman and put it on my wall. XD! My boyfriend expressed concerns for my mental health last time he came over. Also when he gave me a Dr Pepper with Doc Ock on it as promotional material (gotta love it) and I asked him, "So... do you think they have any with Harry Osborn on it?" (He said "NO.")

EDIT: i really really wanna do James Franco do more James Franco icons, but it's getting kind of hard to find pictures... if anybody know of a good place to get any besides my tapped resource James Franco Fan... that would be wonderful and would do terrible, damaging things to my mental health.

Hey it is Ella's counterpart Iris here to balance her Harry/Hermione icons with a few Ron/Hermione icons... hehe, okay, maybe like, two, and a whole mess of Lupin icons. I tried "improving my style," so obviously that didn't work. Not as please with these icons as I usually am, but this is what resulted... I hope you guys like these. Hi everyone, this is Iris, please say hello to what is possibly the worst wallpaper I have ever made! xP Ah well, but seriously... I've been meaning to make a wallpaper of Lupin for ages now, and today I tried to crack down and do it. Didn't really turn out exactly like I'd hoped, but oh well. I felt I spent way too much time on it to not share. So here it is, in all of its Friends Only glory.
Just wanted to mention that, man, you can so tell what kind of music I was into by looking at certain graphics I've made. This one has lyrics from Carlos Santana's "Nothing at All," which I listened to and thought, "hmm, that'd be cool..." and then heard the word "scar" in the song so i was like, "!!!" Yup. Although as it turns out, you can't even really see his scars in the wallpaper... so... yeah. *hangs head*
